FounderShay’s engineering career has been focused on the progressive application of technology in the energy sector. He has worked with business, governments and communities throughout New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and the United Kingdom in the design and implementation of exemplar renewable energy, control and monitoring solutions.
As the founder of Re/volve Energy and a Flex Forum steering group committee member Shay is excited to be part of the future of renewables and controls systems in New Zealand.

Operations ManagerJosh assists with the community energy technology solutions implementation and management. He has a wide-ranging background that enables him to easily understand the needs of customers and identify potential energy management solutions. Due to his diverse knowledge and innate curiosity, he is able to solve problems through a systems thinking approach.
Josh has a lived experience of community energy, as he currently manages the energy technology solutions within his community.
